Oatmeal Cookie Mix

Ingredients
  Unbleached white flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rolled oats 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Regular)
  Soy sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs), roasted and ground
Directions

Put flour, sugar, baking powder and salt all together in large bowl.
Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add oats and soy sprouts and mix well.
This basic mix can be kept in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
Use as follows: Preheat oven to 375°.
