Oatmeal Cookie Mix
|Unbleached white flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Rolled oats||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Regular)|
|Soy sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs), roasted and ground|
Put flour, sugar, baking powder and salt all together in large bowl.
Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add oats and soy sprouts and mix well.
This basic mix can be kept in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
Use as follows: Preheat oven to 375°.
