Sandnotter Sand Nuts
|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Potato starch/Potato flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
In mixer bowl, soften butter at LOW (1) for 1 minute.
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla till light and fluffy.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Using about 2 teaspoons dough for each cookie, roll into small balls.
Place on glass pizza plate.
Cook, 20 at a time, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 5 to 5 1/2 minutes or till done, giving dish half turn twice. (Cookies will flatten.) Let cool 5 minutes; remove from plate.
