Wash apricots, cover with boiling water, and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
Drain apricots, then combine with coconut and put through food chopper, using medium blade.
Add orange and lemon peel and orange juice.
Mix until well blended.
Shape into 1-inch balls, allow to stand at room temperature for about 2 hours, then roll in coconut if desired.
Place in covered container, and store in refrigerator.
