Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs) (sifted)|
|Sweet cooking chocolate||8 Ounce, grated (2 cups)|
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
Cream butter and sugar.
Beat in 2 tablespoons water and vanilla.
Add chocolate, flour, and dash salt; mix well.
Stir in nuts.
Shape into 1-inch balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325° about 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
