|All purpose flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Old fashioned oats||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Bacon strips||6 , cooked and crumbled|
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Stir in oats and wheat germ.
Fold in cheese and bacon.
Drop by rounded teaspoonsful onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 350° for 15-17 minutes or until light brown.
