Delight Bar Cookies

Ingredients
  Flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Cocoa 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Granulated brown sugar replacement 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sorbitol 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 4 , well beaten
  Dried apricots 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Powdered sugar replacement 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Sift flour, baking powder, cloves and cocoa together.
Gradually, beat brown sugar replacement and sorbitol into eggs.
Add dry ingredients.
Fold in apricots and walnuts.
Spread in three, greased 9 in. (23 cm) sq. pans.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
Dust lightly with powdered sugar replacement.
Cut into 1 x 3 in. (2.5 x 7.5 cm) bars.
