Sugar Cookies were once prepared primarily during the Christmas season, but these sweet and tender Sugar Cookies are now a year round favorite. Here€™s a simple Sugar Cookies recipe just for you. Why don€™t you give the Sugar Cookies a try this weekend?
All purpose flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2

1. Into large bowl, measure all ingredients. With mixer at low speed, beat ingredients until well blended, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula. Shape dough into a ball; wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, until easy to handle.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease large cookie sheet. On lightly floured surface with floured rolling pin, roll one-third of dough 1/4 inch thick, keeping remaining dough refrigerated. With floured 3 1/2-inch round fluted cookie cutter, cut dough into rounds. With pancake turner, place rounds, 1 inch apart, on cookie sheet.
3. Bake cookies 12 minutes or until lightly browned. With pancake turner, remove cookies to wire racks to cool completely. Repeat with remaining dough and trimmings. Store cookies in tightly covered container.
