Home Made Ginger Cookie Crust
|Ginger cookies||2 Inch (5 cm)|
|Skim milk||2 Teaspoon|
Crush cookies in food processor on high.
Process until crumbs become very fine.
Add milk and process until dough forms a ball.
Press into ungreased 8 or 9 in. (20 or 23 cm) pie pan or torte pan, or chill and roll dough.
