Chocolate Chunk Cookies
|Vegetable oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), packed|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Chocolate||12 Ounce (semi sweet)|
Preheat oven to 350°F Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
Beat eggs in large bowl until foamy.
Add oil and sugar; beating until light and frothy.
Blend in baking powder, vanilla, baking soda and salt.
Mix in flour until dough is smooth.
Stir in chocolate chunks.
Shape dough into walnut-sized balls.
Place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove to wire racks to cool.
