Cheddar Cheese Cookies
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (At Room Temperature)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Cornmeal||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped dill/Paprika||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Grease two baking sheets.
In bowl, combine cheese, butter, milk and mustard.
Beat well with electric mixer.
Add cornmeal, flour, and salt; mix well (will be a stiff dough).
Force through cookie press onto prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle with dill or paprika as desired.
Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.
