|Oatmeal||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Rice||2 Cup (32 tbs) (krispies)|
|Shredded coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Nuts||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Cream together margarine, sugar, brown sugar and eggs.
In a separate bowl, sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Add oatmeal, Rice Krispies and coconut and mix well.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Roll dough into small balls.
Wet fingers with cold water and press balls out onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
