Cookies Bake While You Sleep

Ingredients
  Egg whites 2 Large
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Cream of tartar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat egg whites with salt until foamy.
Add cream of tartar and beat 2 minutes.
Add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating well each time.
Fold in nuts, chocolate chips and vanilla.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on to foil covered cookie sheet.
Heat oven to 350°,put cookies in oven, turn off oven.
Leave in oven overnight or at least 8 hours.
Will peel right off foil, no grease needed.
