Chocolate Kisses

  Egg whites 2
  Salt 1 Dash
  Cream of tartar 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar replacement 3 Teaspoon
  Chocolate 2 Ounce (semi-sweet)
  Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon

Beat egg whites until foamy, then add salt and cream of tartar.
Continue beating until eggs are stiff but not dry.
Add sugar replacement, beating thoroughly.
Cut or grate chocolate into very small pieces.
Fold in chocolate, walnuts and vanilla extract.
Drop from a teaspoon onto ungreased heavy paper.
Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from paper while slightly warm.
