Cafe Au Lait Squares

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 4 Pound (4 Envelopes, 1 Ounce Each)
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Strong coffee 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Semi sweet chocolate chips 6 Teaspoon (Use Low Fat Chips, If Available)
  Saccharin/Acesulfame-k sugar substitute 2⁄3 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Put the unflavored gelatin into a medium mixing bowl.
Add the skim milk.
Stir and set aside.
In a small saucepan, bring the coffee to a boil.
Pour over the gelatin.
Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Add the other ingredients.
Coat an 8 in. (20 cm) sq. baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray.
Pour the batter into the pan.
Chill until firm.
Cut into 9 squares.
