|Egg whites||3 , beaten stiff|
|Granulated sugar replacement/Granulated fructose||2 Teaspoon|
|Cream of tartar||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mint flavoring||2 Teaspoon (Green)|
Beat sugar replacement, cream of tartar, salt and flavoring into egg whites.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan right away.
