Ribbon Cookies

  Wonton wrappers 12 (4Inch/ 10 Centimeter)
  Egg white 1 , beaten
  Granulated sugar replacement 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar-free white frosting 1 Teaspoon, mix water
  Multicolored cereal balls 2 Teaspoon, crushed fine

Use vegetable spray to lightly grease a cookie sheet.
Brush each wonton wrapper with the beaten egg white.
Lightly sprinkle the egg white-brushed side of each wrapper with sugar replacement.
Roll each wrapper into a tube with about a 3/8 in.
(9 mm) center hole.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from sheet and cool completely Meanwhile, mix the frosting mix with a small amount of water to make a glaze.
Using a small paintbrush, coat the top of each cooled wrapper.
Lay wrappers on wax paper.
Sprinkle with crushed multicolored cereal balls.
