|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), softened|
|Granulated sugar replacement||3 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Almond extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Cake flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Powdered sugar replacement||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Combine butter and granulated sugar replacement in mixing bowl, and beat until fluffy and lemon-colored.
Combine eggs, water and almond extract in measuring cup, beating until well blended.
Combine cake flour, baking soda and salt in sifter.
Sift flour mixture alternately with egg mixture into butter.
Blend well after each addition.
Force dough through pastry tube onto an ungreased cookie sheet to make 1 x 2 in. (2.5 x 5 cm) sticks.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove from pan immediately; cool.
Dust with powdered sugar replacement.
