|Coconut flavoring||1 Teaspoon|
|Flaked unsweetened coconut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Use a vegetable spray to lightly grease the cookie sheets.
Combine cake mix, egg white, coconut flavoring, and water in a small bowl.
Beat at low speed until mixture is thoroughly blended.
Blend in the flaked coconut.
Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 in.
(5 cm) apart onto the greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 9 to 11 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool slightly on sheets before removing.
