|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Oats||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), rolled (regular or quick cooking)|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
|Whipping cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Light corn syrup||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Lightly grease baking sheet.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Drop about 4 inches apart by measured 1/2 teaspoons onto prepared sheet.
Bake until lightly browned, 6 to 8 minutes.
Let stand 1 minute, then carefully remove with spatula. (If cookies stick to sheet, return to oven for a few seconds to soften.)
