Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
Directions

–  Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
–  Butter a cookie sheet.
–  Dissolve baking soda in milk and set aside.
–  In a bowl, combine brown sugar, egg and butter.
–  Add raisins and dissolved baking soda. Stir.
–  Add flour until mixture thickens into firm batter.
–  Spoon batter onto cookie sheet and bake for about 5 minutes.
