Walnut-Spice Cookies

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pumpkin pie spice seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Egg white 1 (at room temperature)
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
Directions

Mix sugar and seasoning.
Beat egg white on high for 1 minute.
Gradually add sugar mixture.
Beat until stiff.
Fold in walnuts.
Drop onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 250 degrees.
