|Coconut||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), grated|
|Dried figs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).

Mix in eggs and vanilla extract.
In a second bowl, mix flour, rolled oats, wheat germ, baking soda and salt.
Fold into first mixture.
Mix in coconut, figs and nuts.
Spoon dough on cookie sheets.
Bake in oven 12-15 minutes.
