Baked Coconut Macaroons
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Beat egg white stiff, add with cornstarch and sugar, which have been mixed together.
Then fold in 1 cup cocoanut.
Drop on greased baking sheet and cook about 15 minutes or till set, and a very light brown, in a cool oven 300° F.
Remove from pan while still hot.
