No-Bake Choco-Nut Drop Cookies
|Quick cooking rolled oats||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Unsweetened cocoa||5 Tablespoon|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Pound (1/2 Cup)|
In a bowl combine the oats, cocoa, nuts, and coconut.
In a pan put sugar, milk, and butter or margarine; bring just to a boil, stirring to combine.
Pour over the rolled oats mixture.
Mix lightly until blended.
Drop from a teaspoon onto waxed paper or foil.
Let stand until firm, about 10 minutes.
