Vanilla Sugar Cookies
|Sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Shortening/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 (or 2 if large)|
|Flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon|
Cream together first 4 ingredients until fluffy.
Sift dry ingredients and add, mixing well.
Divide dough into 2 rolls, wrap in wax paper.
Chill well in refrigerator.
Roll out flat, sprinkle with sugar, rolling it in a bit.
Cut into desired shapes.
Place on cookie sheets and bake until golden at 350°.
