|Ground almonds||6 Ounce|
|Orange juice||6 Drop|
|Finely grated orange rind||2|
|Flavored water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Required)|
Mix all ingredients together.
Form into finger shapes on rice paper on baking trays.
Bake for approximately 18-20 minutes in centre of moderate oven (375°F.€”Gas Mark 4).
Cut around biscuits.
When cold they can either be covered with orange flavoured water icing and chopped nuts or left plain.
