|Firmly packed brown sugar||18 Tablespoon (1 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)|
|Peanut butter||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Regular oats||4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs), uncooked|
|Baking soda||2 Teaspoon|
|Candy coated milk chocolate pieces||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Semi-sweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
Cream butter; gradually add sugars.
Beat well at medium speed of an electric mixer.
Add eggs, peanut butter, syrup, and vanilla; beat well.
Add oats, soda, and salt; stir well.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pack dough into a 1/4 cup measure.
Drop dough 4 inches apart, onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Lightly press each cookie into a 3 1/2 inch circle with finger tips.
Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes (centers of cookies will be slightly soft).
Cool slightly on cookie sheets; remove to wire racks, and cool completely.
