Sugar Drop Cookies
|Powdered sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Cream of tartar||1 Teaspoon|
Combine first 4 ingredients, beating until fluffy.
Add rest of ingredients mixing well.
Chill for about 3 hours as dough is very soft.
Pinch off piece of dough the size of a walnut, roll into ball and dip in white sugar.
Place on greased cookie sheet, sugar side up.
Flatten with fancy-bottomed glass dipped in sugar.
Bake 8-10 minutes at 400°
