Coconut Macaroon Cookies

Ingredients
  Non-fat dry milk 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Apples 2 Medium, peeled, cored and grated
  Brown sugar replacement 6 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coconut extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; mix thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto non-stick cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° F. (moderate oven) for 18 minutes.
Store in a tightly covered container.
