Giant Raisin Bran Cookies
|Cereal||2 Cup (32 tbs), crushed to 1 1/2 cups|
|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened|
|Granulated sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (firmly packed)|
Stir together Kellogg's® Raisin Bran cereal, flours and baking soda; set aside.
In large mixing bowl, beat margarine and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add eggs; beat well.
Stir in cereal mixture; combine thoroughly.
Scoop out a scant 1/4 cupful of dough for each cookie.
Drop onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing 4 inches apart.
Bake at 350°F about 14 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool on cookie sheets 1 minute.
Cool completely on wire racks.
