|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|All purpose cornmeal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Sour cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl; mix well.
Combine egg, sour cream and baking soda in a medium bowl; mix well.
Add egg mixture to dry mixture and mix well.
Place by teaspoonfuls several inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated 450° oven for 7 to 9 minutes.
