|Sifted flour||4 Cup (64 tbs), divided|
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Cream butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and cream.
Sift 3 cups of flour with rest of dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
Add remaining flour gradually until dough is just stiff enough to roll.
Roll out on lightly-floured board to 1/8" thick.
Cut with floured cutter as desired.
Sprinkle with sugar, if desired.
Bake at 375-400° for 8-10 minutes.
