Madeleines

Madeleines is a traditional French cake. Madeleines gets its rich flavor from jam or cream or coconut. Madeleines is inspired by many restaurants across the globe.
Ingredients
  Basic mixture 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Jam/Curd 1 Tablespoon
  Coconut 1 Tablespoon
  Cherries/Whipped cream 1 Tablespoon
  Tia maria 2 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Half fill dariole moulds (castle pudding tins) with the basic mixture.
Bake for about 10 minutes in a hot oven (425-450 ° F.-Gas Mark 6-7).
Turn out and when cold coat with jam or curd and roll in coconut.
Top with a cherry.
For luxury Madeleines coat with whipped cream flavoured with a few drops Tia Maria and then roll in grated coconut.
Top with whipped cream.
