Applesauce Cookies

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened applesauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple juice concentrate 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rolled oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine eggs, oil, applesauce, and apple juice in a bowl. Mix well.
2. Add flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir in oatmeal and raisins.
3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto nonstick baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 7 to 10 minutes.
