Ingredients
Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
White sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Whey protein 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Buybulkwhey.Com, Or 3 Heaping Scoops)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and water. Combine the flour, protein powder, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop dough by heaping spoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheets.
3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

You could probably experiment with the flour and protein levels to create a higher concentration of whey protein, but all in all this seemed to be a great post workout on the go snack!! If you are trying to gain weight, carry a bag of them and snack on them throughout the day.

Hi, I made this recipe for my Canadian Army co-workers and they loved it!!! My cookies were not runny, but nice and chewy. I didn't have chocolate chips, but my iso weight had some in it. I also replaced the white sugar with Splenda. I would recommend this to anyone!!
