Ginger Snaps

Ingredients
  Dark molasses 2 Teaspoon
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot water 10 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine molasses, oil, honey, water, and baking soda.
2. Stir all the spices into 3 cups flour and add to molasses mixture. Blend well.
3. Slowly stir in the last cup of flour.
4. Chill dough half an hour. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto nonstick baking sheet, then flatten with the bottom of a glass. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
