Mincemeat Cookies

Mincemeat Cookies is a Christmas time cookies. Mincemeat Cookies gets its desired taste from eggs mixed with flour and stuffed with mincemeat.
Ingredients
  Margarine 4 Ounce
  Sugar 4 Ounce
  Icing sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Plain flour 8 Ounce
  Egg yolk 1 Pinch (Little Quantity Required)
  Mincemeat 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Cream the margarine and sugar.
Work in flour and just enough egg yolk to bind it.
Cut into rounds and cut a circle from the centre of half the rounds.
Put the complete rounds on to baking trays, place the rings firmly on top.
Fill the centre with mincemeat.
Bake for about 15 minutes at 375°F.€”Gas Mark 4.
Cool on the tin.
Dredge the outer ring with icing sugar.
