|Ground almonds||3 Ounce|
|Egg yolks||2 (To Mix)|
|Egg white||2 (To Brush Top)|
|Sugar||1 Pinch (Little Quantity Is Required)|
Cream margarine and sugar until soft and light.
Add ground almonds, flour and enough egg yolk to bind.
Roll out to about 1/3 inch thick, cut into squares, then make several slits in the dough.
Brush with egg white and little sugar.
Bake for 12-15 minutes in a moderate oven (375°F.€”Gas Mark 4).
