|Chicken bouillon||3 Cup (48 tbs)|

|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Tomatoes||2 , chopped|
|Cheese||6 Teaspoon, grated|
|Crushed pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|Mushrooms||8 Ounce, sliced|
1. Whisk cornstarch into cool chicken bouillon. Heat until thickened. Use as a gravy.
2. Prepare remaining ingredients and place each in a separate container.
3. Start with the brown rice and build yourself a haystack. Top with gravy. Enjoy
