Chocolate Cookie Crumb Crust
Drizzle 5 tablespoons melted butter or margarine over 2 cups finely crushed chocolate cookie crumbs (from refrigerated baked cookie dough, commercial chocolate cookies or wafers), mixing thoroughly with a fork.
Blend in 1 ounce (1 square) unsweetened chocolate, grated.
Gently, but firmly, press mixture over bottom and sides of a 10-inch pie plate.
Chill in refrigerator until firm, or set in freezer about 15 minutes.
