|All purpose flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Shredded coconut||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Sweetened condensed milk milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350Â°F.
Grease a cookie sheet well.
Mix flour, coconut and salt together in a bowl.
Pour in condensed milk and vanilla and stir well to make a thick batter.
Drop batter by quarter cupfuls onto the well greased cookie sheet, allowing an inch of space between cookies.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from pan at once, and cool on racks.
