Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies are a delicious, decadent sweet treat that can be made in no time! Butter, sugar, Nutella and flour are combined to make the dough. Rolled into balls and baked until crispy, these gorgeous cookies will be snapped up before they have a chance to cool - give it a go!
Unsalted butter | 125 Gram | |
Brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Nutella | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (chocolate hazelnut spread) | |
Egg | 1 | |
Plain flour | 1 3/4 Cup (28 tbs) | |
Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Dark chocolate chips | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) |
GETTING READY:
Preheat oven to 180C.
Line baking tray with parchment paper.
MAKING:
In a large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar and beat until fluffy.
Add egg, nutella and beat well.
Add flour, dark chocolate chips and mix well until combined.
Place small balls of dough on baking tray and press with fork.
Pop into oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Once done, allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.
