Brown rice syrup | 4 Tablespoon | |
Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
Raw sunflower seeds | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Raw pumpkin seeds | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Sesame seeds | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with Silpat/parchment paper and set aside.
MAKING
2. In a bowl, stir together the butter, brown rice syrup and honey.
3. Add the seeds, stir to evenly coat, and spread in an even layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
5. Remove from oven, allow to cool and break into desired pieces.
SERVING
Serve along with some other cookies.
