Three Seed Brittle - Edible Gifts

A DIY nut-free treat for everyone on your list. Three Seed Brittle is the perfect edible gift for teachers, friends, and family.

Ingredients

Unsalted butter 1 Tablespoon , melted
Brown rice syrup 4 Tablespoon
Honey 2 Tablespoon
Raw sunflower seeds 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Raw pumpkin seeds 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Sesame seeds 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1.    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with Silpat/parchment paper and set aside.

 

MAKING

2.    In a bowl, stir together the butter, brown rice syrup and honey.

3.    Add the seeds, stir to evenly coat, and spread in an even layer onto the prepared baking sheet.

4.    Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.

5.    Remove from oven, allow to cool and break into desired pieces.

 

SERVING

Serve along with some other cookies.
