|Buttered crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), browned (adjust quantity as needed)|
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
2.Also cut the cucumber lengthwise into halves, pare and scoop out inside, saving pulp
3.Salt shells lightly and place close together in buttered pan.
4.Mix pulp with tomato, onion, chicken, seasonings and white sauce and fill cucumber shells.
5.Bake in moderate oven for 20 to 25 minutes
6.Cover with crumbs
