Ingredients
  Cucumbers 3 Medium
  Tomato 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1 , minced
  Minced cooked chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Tomato catsup 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika To Taste
  Thin white sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Buttered crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), browned (adjust quantity as needed)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
2.Also cut the cucumber lengthwise into halves, pare and scoop out inside, saving pulp
MAKING
3.Salt shells lightly and place close together in buttered pan.
4.Mix pulp with tomato, onion, chicken, seasonings and white sauce and fill cucumber shells.
5.Bake in moderate oven for 20 to 25 minutes
6.Cover with crumbs
SERVING
7.Serve as a stuffing with crab
