Eggs Continental

Eggs Continental is something I prepare quiet often at home. The dish is simply delicious and my friends and relatives have already become prey to its simplicity. You will love this Eggs Continental recipe.
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Hard cooked eggs 4 , sliced
  Bacon slices 3 , diced
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Heat oven to 350°.
Toss bread crumbs in melted butter; divide among 4 buttered 10 ounce casser oles or baking dishes.
Layer egg slices on crumbs.
Fry bacon until crisp; remove bacon and drain.
Stir together bacon, sour cream, milk, onion and seasonings; spoon onto eggs.
Top with cheese.
Bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Buttered Brussels sprouts and rye toast make good go withs.
