|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Hard cooked eggs||4 , sliced|
|Bacon slices||3 , diced|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat oven to 350Â°.
Toss bread crumbs in melted butter; divide among 4 buttered 10 ounce casser oles or baking dishes.
Layer egg slices on crumbs.
Fry bacon until crisp; remove bacon and drain.
Stir together bacon, sour cream, milk, onion and seasonings; spoon onto eggs.
Top with cheese.
Bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
