Ingredients
  White bread loaf 1
  Cottage cheese 1 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Trim crusts from bread.
Roll each slice with rolling pin until it becomes dough like.
Place 1 heaping tablespoon of cottage cheese on each piece; sprinkle with salt and pepper or sugar.
Roll bread; secure firmly by pressing with finger.
Fry in fat until golden brown.
Serve hot.
NOTE: Cooked chopped liver may be sub stituted for cottage cheese if desired.
