|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cheese blintz filling||4|
|Sour cream||1 Tablespoon (For Serving)|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon (For Serving)|
Combine flour, salt, eggs, and milk in Bosch blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour 2 tablespoons batter into a hot, lightly greased 6 inch frying pan, tilting pan to evenly spread batter.
Brown on one side.
Stack browned side up.
Place 1/4 cup Cheese Blintze Filling in the center of each.
Fold in both sides, and then fold from top and bottom to form a small envelope.
Over medium high heat, brown Blintzes on both sides in butter or margarine in a skillet.
