Ingredients
  Zucchini 1 Pound (4 small size)
  Vacuum packed whole kernel corn 12 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Chopped pimiento 2 Ounce, drained (1 jar)
  Garlic cloves 2 Medium, crushed
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Prepare 3 cups cubed zucchini.
In large skillet, stir together all ingredients except cheese.
Cover; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes or until squash is crisp-tender.
Stir in cheese; heat through.
