|Potatoes||1 1⁄2 Pound (Frozen Variety)|
|Grated sharp cheddar cheese||4 Ounce|
Cook bacon until crisp; remove from skillet.
Pour off all but 2 T bacon fat.
Add potatoes, season with salt and pepper and cook according to directions on potato package.
Carefully break 6 eggs over potato mixture, cover and cook until egg whites are firm.
Garnish with bacon strips, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cover and heat a moment longer until cheese just begins to melt.
