|Green onions||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Light cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Frozen green peas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cut onions into 1-inch lengths; saute in 1 teaspoon butter for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Blend in flour and cream; cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add dash of salt and pepper.
Combine peas, 1 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoons water, 1/2 teaspoon salt and sugar.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer, covered, for 3 minutes; combine with onion mixture.
Simmer, covered, until heated through.
